How to Create Tags and Other Custom Options
Many of our app’s custom options—tags, appointment types, form tags, document tags, stage, and lost reasons—are created using the same simple steps.
This guide explains how.
Navigate to the Admin Section
From the right-hand menu, select admin, then click “more”.

Choose Custom Options
Create a form tag:
- Click “form tags”.

- Create a New Custom Option. Click the button that says “+ Add Form Tag”.

Add a Name. In the pop-up window, provide the name for the new tag or option. Select “Is Active” to enable the tag.

- Save. Click “Submit” or to finalize the process.
Note: Use the same process to create tags, appointment types, document tags, stages, and lost reasons.
