What are the different user roles in Estajo?
1. Super Admin (The Sole Authority and System Owner)
The Super Admin is the single highest-level user responsible for the security, finance, and continuity of the entire organization.
- Primary Function: Global governance and execution of all configuration resources. This includes full access to build and manage Document Templates, Lead Assignment Workflows, and Forms/Custom Fields.
- Unique Privileges:
- Sole authority for high-level data transfers (moving all leads/data between users).
- Can change the emails of Admins and Agents (but cannot change the email of another Super Admin).
- Generates Secure Document Links for document collection.
- Data Visibility: Complete oversight of all organizational data, leads, and assets.
- Shared Resources: Shares the My Drive folder with other Super Admins (a “Master Repository” for collaborative oversight).
- Compliance Access: Full access to Compliance Filters for high-level risk mitigation and policy enforcement.
2. Admin (The Manager and System Configurator)
The admin is the management layer responsible for creating all system resources, driving operational efficiency, and managing their assigned team.
- Primary Function: Team management and execution of all configuration resources. This includes full access to build and manage Document Templates, Lead Assignment Workflows, and Forms/Custom Fields.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manages user groups and the onboarding/offboarding of Agents.
- Generates Secure Document Links for document collection.
- Data Visibility: Team View. Can see their own assigned leads plus all leads belonging to the Agents they manage (their “sandbox”).
- My Drive Access: Independent Private Workspace (for personal drafts and pre-production files).
- Compliance Access: Full access to Compliance Filters for executing policy and auditing the data of their managed team.
3. Agent (The Sales Specialist and Front-Line User)
The Agent is the end-user focused entirely on execution, revenue generation, and maintaining the quality of their personal pipeline.
- Primary Function: Working leads, logging activities, managing appointments, and updating deal statuses.
- Key Privileges:
- Generates Secure Document Links to receive client files securely.
- Instantly creates professional client documents using Admin-built Document Automation templates.
- Restrictions: No access to the Admin Section OR Billing.
- Data Visibility: Individual View Only. Can only see the leads and activities that are specifically assigned to them.
- My Drive Access: Independent Private Workspace (for personal drafts and temporary files).
- Compliance Access: Full access to Compliance Filters for improving their personal pipeline quality (e.g., identifying cold leads for action).
